Assistant Manager (1)

Post responsibilities

1. Assist the superior to carry out the daily affairs of the company, such as the purchase and maintenance of office supplies

2. Directly provide secretarial services for managers

3. Be able to deal with emergencies independently, or take the initiative to deal with some urgent matters when the boss is absent

4. Be responsible for the early, middle and late customer service of professional exhibitions, including the management and control of personnel information, contracts, visas, air tickets, hotels, materials, expenses and other matters, to ensure the smooth participation of customers and customer satisfaction

5. Determine and schedule the meeting

6. Be responsible for the sorting and archiving of meeting materials

7. Complete other transactional work assigned by the superior

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, good communication skills, more than one year of relevant work experience, proficient in office software, strong sense of responsibility and love;

2. Full of professional spirit, meticulous and serious work, able to work under pressure.

5. Full of work enthusiasm, strong learning ability, quick response, and team spirit

2、 Job description:

1. Responsible for collecting and sorting customer information

2. Able to travel abroad frequently

3. Good communication with customers to ensure smooth information transmission

4. Keep abreast of the status of the international exhibition industry through various channels and maintain a good relationship with customers in the industry

5. Proficient in the relevant knowledge and sales skills of various foreign exhibitions of the company, and provide customers with the most targeted relevant needs and services

6. Be able to deal with temporary tasks in a timely manner, and deal with massive customer data collection and management affairs
