Post responsibilities
1. Assist the superior to carry out the daily affairs of the company, such as the purchase and maintenance of office supplies
2. Directly provide secretarial services for managers
3. Be able to deal with emergencies independently, or take the initiative to deal with some urgent matters when the boss is absent
4. Be responsible for the early, middle and late customer service of professional exhibitions, including the management and control of personnel information, contracts, visas, air tickets, hotels, materials, expenses and other matters, to ensure the smooth participation of customers and customer satisfaction
5. Determine and schedule the meeting
6. Be responsible for the sorting and archiving of meeting materials
7. Complete other transactional work assigned by the superior
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, good communication skills, more than one year of relevant work experience, proficient in office software, strong sense of responsibility and love;
2. Full of professional spirit, meticulous and serious work, able to work under pressure.
