1、 What is the development fund for small and medium-sized enterprises?

The international market development funds for small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "development funds") refer to the government budget funds and special funds arranged by the local finance to support the businesses and activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in developing the international market.

2、 How to declare?

Step 1: Register:

1. Log in to the website.

Log in to the international market development fund network management system of small and medium-sized enterprises www.smeimdf.org.

2. Register online.

Register the basic information of the enterprise through the network. After the information registration is successful, print the registration form (in duplicate) and affix the official seal, and submit it to the local foreign trade and economic department together with the copies of the business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, and foreign trade operator qualification certificate (in duplicate).

3. Online declaration.

After the local competent department has approved the qualification of the registration information, enter" Online declaration" Make plan declaration.

4. Once the registration is successful, there is no need to re-register in subsequent years.

Step 2: Plan declaration:

After the local competent department receives the enterprise qualification materials and reviews the registration information, the enterprise can enter" Online declaration" Make plan declaration.

Step 3: Fund allocation application:

After the competent department approves and publicizes the planned application project, enterprises can enter" Online declaration" Apply for fund allocation. After the enterprise completes the fund allocation application, print" Project Plan Application Form&quot& quot; Fund Allocation Application Form" Together with the copies of relevant documents required by the project (all documents are in duplicate and stamped with official seal), they shall be sorted and bound and submitted to the local competent foreign trade and economic department. (The application time for fund allocation is generally within one month after the end of the year, and the specific time is subject to the website notice)

The materials to be submitted include:

1. Copy of the invitation letter of the exhibition organizing committee;

2. Copies of the approval documents of the relevant national ministries and commissions for the exhibition;

3. Xeroxed copies of the approval documents of the exhibitors' going abroad tasks; (Copies of passports and visa pages can also be provided for private personnel);

4. A copy of the contract signed with the exhibitor for the booth;

5. A copy of the bank slip for foreign exchange expenditure, with the financial seal of the applicant;

6. Copies of legal vouchers (invoices) of actual expenses incurred in the project;

7. Photos of work during the exhibition;

All materials shall be made in duplicate with the official seal of the applicant.

Step 5: Fund allocation feedback

Within one month after the end of the year, the time span of subsidy for small and medium-sized enterprises is one year, that is, this year's subsidy for projects that passed the approval of the previous year, because this fund is listed as the treasury expenditure of the Ministry of Finance, the approval standard is relatively strict and the period is long. Therefore, we have applied for the national subsidy for small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the exhibition projects other than the hot exhibitions in advance, and the participating companies have the opportunity to obtain the national subsidy for small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the exhibition abroad.

In addition to the approval notice issued by the management department to the applicant, the approval of the fund allocation application will also be publicized online, and the applicant can query online. After receiving the funds, the applicant shall timely fill in the fund allocation feedback form online and feed back the received bonus to the relevant management department.

3、 How to declare fund allocation?

        1、After logging in to the enterprise system, click "project declaration"

        3、After carefully reading the Instructions for Application of Funds Allocation, click "Close" to fill in the "Application Form of Funds Allocation".
